- No refunds will be issued unless I am unable to complete your commission or an emergency occurs.

By commissioning me, trading with me, or otherwise engaging with my work, you agree to comply with these terms. - Do not steal, claim, or heavily reference my characters or their designs.
- Do not use my characters in any form (e.g., roleplay, stories, artwork) without permission.
- Do not steal, claim, alter, or use artwork associated with my characters.
- Do not sell or trade my characters without legitimate ownership.▰▱ 2.2 Permitted Actions
- You may draw my characters.
- You may write fiction involving my characters with my prior consent.
- You may use my characters as cameos in videos (e.g., YouTube) with my consent.
- You may color‑pick from my characters; however, do not replicate or heavily reference their designs.▰▱ 2.3 Enforcement
- Misuse of my characters may result in blacklisting.
- Typically, one warning is issued before blacklisting, but this may vary depending on the situation.
- Continued or severe misuse may result in immediate permanent blacklist status.

- Do not edit, trace, recolor, or heavily reference my artwork without permission.
- Do not pressure me for faster completion; this negatively affects my motivation.
- Do not ask for free art. I only provide free art to friends and mutuals.

- You may request progress updates once or twice, but please check my Trello first.
- If I am unable to complete a commission, I reserve the right to repurpose the sketch.▰▱ 3.5 Art Trades
- You may request art trades; I will only decline if my schedule does not allow it.
- If I decline any art-related request, it is due to workload or personal priorities.

4. Character Trade & Design Rules▰▱ 4.1 Ownership & Transfer
- My designs may not be sold or traded off-site without permission, especially on platforms similar/or of exact nature to Amino.
- Character trades must be completed within 24 hours. Failure to transfer within this timeframe may be considered a scam and result in permanent blacklisting.
- Do not pressure me into trading characters; this behavior is unacceptable.▰▱ 4.2 Design Rights
- You may not claim designer credit unless you contributed to the design or provided the original draft for a custom.
- Redesigns are allowed after one week of ownership or with my permission. Redesigns must not be heavy.
- You may use my designs commercially, but not my artwork. Commercial rights for artwork require a separate fee (minimum $75).▰▱ 4.3 Selling & Reselling
- Designs obtained through trade (not purchase) may only be sold if additional commissioned or personal artwork has been added.
- Only trusted friends may resell my designs under special circumstances (e.g., emergencies).
- Designs may not be transferred to individuals on my blacklist.▰▱ 4.4 Returning Designs
- If you no longer want a design, you may contact me to see if I wish to reclaim it.
- If returning a design to me, please inform me of what you would like in exchange.
- If you retrade a design, it must not be traded to anyone on my blacklist.▰▱ 4.5 Revocation
- I may revoke a design if it is misused, neglected, or used in ways not permitted by this TOS.

- All of my species are closed-species. You may not create, use, trade, or sell them without my permission.

- My main closed species (name pending) are available to the public through trade only.
- These species are not to be sold for real currency unless explicitly permitted.

Do you do and/or take monetary commissions?

As of late November 2023, I have started taking commissions! However, the official starting period for the public is as of early 2024 as I plan to. - In other words, yes, I do!

Why are you not active on many social media, such as DeviantART and others?

For personal reasons I cannot disclose, I don't really tend to go onto those sites as much anymore except limited to ones that are usually needed for communication.Also because of this, I use them as archival accounts to avoid art theft/impersonation.

What can you draw?

I mainly draw Mobians (or Sonic OCs, if you will), anthro-related characters, such as 'furries' or characters that have neat designs. I occasionally draw human(oid) artworks as well for certain fandoms I'm in.What I currently draw (as of late 2022) is Sonic the Hedgehog/Mobians, Anthro characters (i.e. 'furries'), Human(oid)s, Postal (as in the video game series), My Little Pony/Ponies (not actively), Toon/Inkblot (i.e. Bendy/Cuphead or original), and original works.

Original or fan-related works?

I mostly do fan-related works. I'm a multifandom artist after all haha. I specialize in original work for myself though. I just do fan stuff for the people who are interested in my work.I kinda drifted away from that aspect and used those worlds to build my own stories and lore without canon characters (and have for the past 6-ish years).

Here are some general questions pertaining to me rather than focused my work. A majority of these were answered on my panel on The Sonic R Show on June 23rd, 2023.^{This section is currently being updated.}

Who is your main OC (original character)?

Contrary to popular belief that Artistia the Hedgehog is my main OC, she's only a mobian/Sonic extension of my main character, Artistia Cons.Artistia is and has been my main character as of 2016. I could go on forever about her honestly but if you'd rather read about her in your own freetime, you can find her Toyhouse here!As of now (2026), my current main version of her I am using is her Undertale variant named Arule.

How did you get your username?

To answer simply from when I attended The Sonic R Show in June 2023;It started when I was 7 years old. I had been too young to use pre-existing words and instead made up new words due to my imaginative mind. Though, I used my current name Artistia by simply altering the word 'artistic' into 'Artistia' because I just thought it sounded neat. Years on after more deeper research regarding it, turns out that Artistia is a Finnish word, meaning 'artist'. I also decided to use it as another way to say 'art' because I see varying definitions and translations similar. That certainly worked in my favor since that's what was intended in my general branding either way, as I'm primarily a multi-artist.It was originally Drawillia, though that was before I was actually on the internet. Then when the time came and when I first signed up for DeviantART, I chose what you now know today as ArtistiaCons. However, before then when I signed up on Wattpad, it was ARTISTIAChan. - At that time, I was a big fan of the Minecraft YouTuber; Aphmau. She was also an inspiration for my username too.I also originally based my username around my persona and main character, Artistia Heaven Cons. I decided it would be easier for people to connect my character to my username and myself.❗| Trivia be known, some people have even refered to me by saying Artista [Argh-tist-uh], which is another translation of artist but in Spanish! Additionally, because it's been used so many times, it's also the reason why I don't mind this nickname as much!
